John Hermanson
Managing Partner
John has owned a bookkeeping firm for 5 years and has experience in payroll, bill pay, invoicing, bookkeeping, and budgeting. His clients have taken advantage of these financial services to help their businesses grow.
John has two bachelor’s degrees and two master’s degrees, all from Colorado State University. He has over 1,000 hours of training as a bookkeeper, and he is a Certified Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor.
John is the face of the company because he is a people person who enjoys interacting with clients. John’s goal is to help you understand where your firm is financially and to help you improve that position. His passion is helping attorneys run their firm so they can focus on serving clients.
Matthew Muncey
CPA, MBA, & Tax Specialist
Matt has been providing tax and financial consulting services since 2007, and has experience in tax planning, audit support, financial consulting, and general business matters impacting individuals, small businesses, corporations, non-profits, estates, and trusts.
Matt has held an active CPA license in the State of Colorado since 2006, holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado Denver, and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Colorado State University.
Matt isn't just your tax preparation specialist, he is a partner who works alongside you to achieve your tax goals.
Marian Dela Cruz
Bookkeeper & Data Entry Specialist
Marian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Management and is a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. She has experience in full-charge bookkeeping, inventory management, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Marian worked in corporate finance in the healthcare, non-profit, and retail industries, before finding her passion in small businesses and supporting business owners with understanding their finances and bookkeeping. Her goal is to help you keep accurate and organized books so you can focus on your business and feel in control of your finances.
